Second, and equally importantly, as we warned last week we are now banning individuals that are BUYING RuneScape gold for real money money - these men and women that are funding the entire problem in the OSRS gold first location. In the last week we've banned 2300 accounts for breaking Rule 12 by purchasing RuneScape gold. As we said we would, we have been working hard to ban players who play. Since we discussed about this we have banned another 4738 players for purchasing RuneScape items/gold for real cash, which is in breach of rule 12. The bankers also have entered into this agreement as they believe it'll stop the Party Room being used as a way of moving wealth covertly.
Quite a few updates have been released in 2007 -- Assist System, LootShare, Duel Arena modifications; browse the'Trade and Drop Changes' news post on front page to see them all -- especially targeted at ending real trading in RuneScape. Of course, gold-sellers need to earn this RuneScape gold. They overcrowd in-game resources with their bots, exploit bugs and scam legitimate players from items and their accounts. RuneScape's creator, Andrew Gower, sums it up perfectly:"There's been a significant increase in the quantity of real-world trading this year. If we do not find a solution to RWT now, it is going to destroy RuneScape."'
Did you even play again afterward? Skillcapes were out a couple of months for all until we experienced a huge surge in robots. I've given you plenty of connections, even a direct quote from Andrew that mentions macroing exploded in 2007. Anyhow, glad my reply can make you'lmfao' when you've given me such responses. How old are you? I was 15 in 2007 and I had 99s from 2008. Like, what do you have a spreadsheet you are compiling over the previous 15 years? Lmao.
Again, literally whatever you mentioned joins skillcapes to trading and bots. None of those links addressing actual world trading cites skillcapes ONCE. Hilarious how your perception fails and yet you still think you are right. They cite many thousand folks got banned for buying gold within months of Skillcapes' launch. When botting's explosion was obvious for everyone to see throughout 2007 why the hell would I maintain a spreadsheet?
I do not have Jagex directly saying skillcapes caused botting, only that RS2 had been out for more than two years before Skillcapes came out and we did not have uncontrolled botting. However within 6 months of Skillcapes being out F2P worlds were swamped with cheap RS gold them and thousands were banned every week for buying gold. Your passive tone with every reply whilst offering nothing is really shit btw.
